(>> I don't know if you noticed but a few posts ago I made a post about this. How I understand it is that the Doctor had turned into a werewolf. About four posts before yours I posted about how Alia grabbed Doctor and gave him medicine that changed him back. Please read more carefully next time. I would appreciate it if you would post a new post to fix this since Alia delt with the problem or edit the above post. Oh and about Alia sitting back down calmly after all the excitement and the job was done... That's just her personality. She isn't an easily excitable girl. ^___^) Umm, you have a point there, but... I know Doc had already changed back from being a werewolf and the danger has passed. However, I don't think the people's fear could be switched off in an equal manner. I wrote them as completely freaked out from the scene, 'cause they had never witnessed it before. Sorry, I was going for actual human nature...you know how people can get uncontrollable sometimes...

"Alright, everyone! Get a move on, the inn's closing now!" Ann, the daughter of the innkeeper, ushered the last of their customers outside, while her father Doug was busy sweeping the broken glass on the floor, as well as the remnants of their front door. In the corner of the room, Gotz the carpenter was busy driving a saw through a slab of wood, working up a sweat as he cut through the material.
Looking back at the large whole on the wall, where it used to be a door, Ann shivered, and rubbed her hands on her arms. She couldn't believe it, there are animals out there tough enough to beat a door down in seconds. Walking over to her father, she leaned over and whispered to him, "Dad, what're werewolves?" Pausing at his work, Doug looked down at his daughter, his brow stitched together. "Werewolves? Where did you hear that?" Unbeknownst to them, Gotz's acute hearing sensed the word foreign to the villagers, and immediately stopped at his work to listen...
Meanwhile, Ann fidgeted with the sleeves of her dress, her mind racing on working out what to say, "Well, Dad. You know about the creature that busted the door down? It was nothing I've seen before, and...you know that exorcist that lives close to the mines?"
Doug nodded, the strange woman seldom came here, but he heard alot of funny stories that dogged her. "Well, I remember her saying something like "Werewolves" when she saw it...and I was wondering if you know whatever that means."
Doug rested his chin on the broomhandle, looking intently at his pride and joy. "Well, I remember reading some fiction about vampires. It was a while since I looked at it, but I think it said something about that kind of thing. In the book, it talks about these wolves, you see, but they're different from the ones here, they do whatever their demon lord tells 'em to do."
As he said these words, Gotz had already stopped his work, and is now walking over towards them, with intensity shining in his dark eyes. "I know those things..." Gotz confirmed. Ann looked at him, "What do you know about 'em?" She asked, hoping to find a more logical and detailed explanation. Gotz shrugged indifferently, "You tend to hear alot of strange things while travelling. I remember hearing from the indian folk something about limikkin, "Skin-walkers"." He pauses for a moment, letting it sink in on his listeners. " They believed them to be witches that change into certain animals, by putting on the skin. " He continued, "They are dangerous and fast, and can assume any form they want." Doug chuckled, "Oh come on, Gotz. Don't fill us with such moonshine! I've never heard of such a thing." Turning to his daughter, he patted her back reassuringly and said, "Don't worry none, Ann. We'll fix this up tonight. At the meantime, it's getting late. You should get to bed young lady!"
"Okay, okay, Dad." She replied, rolling her eyes. Doug smiled and continued on with his nightly chore, but Gotz didn't quickly go back to the process of remaking the door. The lone wildman watched the young girl depart to the upstairs, and then glanced to the innkeeper. He couldn't help but feel an emotion of loss within him, and so, shaking his head, he thought with pity: They do not understand...not until it will be too late...

As the golden sun rose from the darkest horizons, towards the pale blue sky, the chickens woke up and crowed to the sky, as if in sacred ritual.
Rick, their beloved owner, immediately started awake at the sounds they were making. Still feeling groggy, Rick found that he was sitting on the patio chair, situated behind an old table outside the front door. Previously, he was slumped over the table, his hand gripping on a rifle.
As he took note on this, a horrible thought came to him:
You idiot, you fell asleep on the job again!
Throwing off a blanket on his shoulders, he got up from the chair and made his way to the hutch where they kept the chickens, his hand still clenched on his gun...just in case.
Entering the hutch, he found that it seemed like nothing disturbing had happened, there was no forced entry, neither were the chickens frightened.
At the sight of him, all the chickens at huddled at his feet squawking and crowing at him, obviously looking forward for their morning meal. Sighing, he set the gun downn and took out his glasses. Searching for at least a smudge that ruined his perspective, he wiped it on his blue apron and set them back on.
Fixing his view, he began counting the amount of chickens that inhabit the room. 1...2...3...4... As he counted them, he noticed that there was a large amount of them missing, and cursed himself for being careless.
It had been for two months since they began losing an alarming rate of chickens, every single month, it seems like a dozen or so chickens would evidently disappear. Ever since then, he would try to stand guard for his pets, but it seems so strange how every night, he can't even keep his eyes open. Sighing, he turned around and stomped outside.

Alia walked out of the inn. She had ended up staying there all night because of the events that had happened. There were rumors going on about her there too though and she felt like she had outlived her stay once agian. She sighed. It seemed no matter where she went the same thing happened. She walked past the chicken farm, now wearing her normal black t-shirt and blue jeans, and looked at the red haired youth. He seemed rather upset. "Everything alright?" She asked.
